Dewaswam Board is pleased to inform that it is opening an exclusive Call Center
Cum information hub for Sabarimala Temple to support piligrims queries in
multiple languages. The sole purpose is to have a very calm and peaceful Pilgrimage
season and to provide excellent service to ayyappa devotees addressing all
their needs. An estimate of 40-50 million devotees from all over the world
throngs to Sabarimala temple every year and there will be heavy
rush during the pilgrimage season. Other than from our own state most of the
devotees hails from adjacent states like TamilNadu, Karnataka and Andra pradesh
and also from other parts of the country during the festival time.
The excellence of this project lies in
the offering services in different languages like – Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi,
English, Kannada and Telugu for the benefit of ayyappa devotees

can avail this service round the clock and can register the complaints,
